Sorry, can't help you right now because I have to finish my own work first. Come back later if you don't get it finished and I'll tell how you can get it done in time. Or maybe if you don't feel like waiting for me to finish you can go ask the boss for help. AND THEN JUST SMILE and keep working.

I'm very generous person...If I have time I would help them...but if they try to take advantage of me...and I can sense it...then I would ask that person next day to do something of my work...and I guess he/she will be bored and learn the lesson. :)

I don't tell them anything. I'll gladly do something for them, if I know for sure they are going to take credit for it. Then I make sure I screw it up. Big. Then, they get blamed for it, while my own work, done to perfection gets praised.

it happened to me a couple of times, a co-worker told me that my manager told him i should help him out with his work, so i went and asked my manager indirectly which is more important to her so i finish it first ? her reports or the reports my co-worker dumped on me? She was outraged that he did that, she called him into her office and he never did that again.
