I have this little problem...
My neighbor borrowed my chainsaw and never returned it. As it turns out, I need it for this weekend but he is still refusing to return it.
I have decided to take matters into my own hands and go into his garage and take it back. Unfortunately, he has a sign posted that reads, "House Guarded By Shotgun 3 Days A Week. Guess Which Days."
Should I take my chances today or wait until tomorrow?

Is he actually refusing or is he just not returning it? When you see him near the garage go outside and tell him you need it back. Say, "I can just grab it - don't trouble yourself." No need to make trouble with the neighbor even if he does happen to be rude.

He refuses?!? Can't you call the police? Is it stealing if you let him barrow it? I would make an a$$ of myself and either yell at him to get my way or call the fuzz and make a big deal out of it. It beats buying a new chainsaw.

Well, I'd say take a weapon, but he has your chainsaw.
Just take the sign. Hold it for ransom in exchange for the safe return of your saw.

just burn his house down and while he is running around trying to save his precious shotgun run in and grab the chainsaw.

take a steel plate as a sheild
maybe he wants to scare u he can possibly not have that as the law says hes scaring u be brave and take somthin of thivk iron in case he has a illegal weapon
