Yes. Select forward just like you would when you were going to forward the message to another cell phone, but where you would usually type the phone number, type the email address. You can change the numbers to words by going to options and selecting text entry method on most phones. It is very simple, and can also be used with pictures and videos.

No...you can not SMS to email address...unless your email address service provider is good enough provide such service...
