I'm pretty sure it's by Tupac.

Near the end there's a high pitched woman's voice (like the voice in Akon's "Lonely" song) singing:

Please does anybody know what this song is called, or if I've got it completely wrong and it's not even Tupac?!

dont think tupac sings it ya no i no most tupac songs and havent heard that do you no what the rapper says in it then i might be able to help
