Is it a lost or is there still some way that I could be able to use it. Do any body know what you do at Miss Marion's.

You need a Windows Disk to access the Admin account without being asked a password, if booting into safe mode does not work. Alot of PC owners do not password thier Admin account therefore allowing safemode to access it without a password.

I guess we are assuming you have Windows XP installed, Do you? if not specifiy the operating system. Try to login as guest or administrator and dont type a password for either see if that works. Sometimes during the installation the password is left blank.

boot into safe mode - press f8 on startup - you may then be able to get in as administrator and go to users and reset the password.
