I`d be grateful if someone can fix my problem. I cannot see the refresh icon on my orange toolbar?

You can always use F5 to refresh - quicker than looking for the icon.

Click 'View > Toolbars > Customize...' and customize your toolbar to add the refresh button and any other buttons you need.

Right on the tool bar->Customise->Add the refresh button

u can right click & than click on refresh
