No you should either marry neither, or if you must, the mother! It's your child! Unless you really, really don't want to do that; then you wait till the baby's born and give it up for adoption. Then you can marry the daughter. In all cases, you are sick! I'm sorry but its just wrong! You can't have sex with people this close, cause you'll end up hurting one of them for sure!
