Keep Christ in Christmas - you are right; it is the celebration of Christ not season greetings, not happy holidays etc but I have seen people beat up others about making sure to say Merry Christmas and then forget about the true meaning behind it all; you can't bash people and still follow the path of Jesus. Just continue wishing Merry Christmas and one by one it will catch on again; just don't get lost in the saying of it that you forget the living of it. Merry Christmas

Last year it was "Happy Holidays", that irritated me. Now this year they say NOTHING! I have not had one store employee say anything about Christmas. It's Christmas time so say MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! All I have gotten this year is "Have a good day". I love Christmas, the church is so beautiful and people are so generous. I will continue to wish people a Merry Christmas no matter what they say or don't say. So Merry Christmas Sactified...And thank you for letting me vent..:)

Have a Merry, Merry Merry Blessed Christmas!!!!

Everyone needs to stand up and fight for what they believe in. Stop letting idiots take away our rights just because it offends a few.

I'm not sure what you are saying but I love Christmas and not just for presents but because God allowed his son to come to earth for US and even though we as a people messed that up he still allowed Jesus to go to the cross for us and "wipe" out our sins as long as we repent. The only time I don't say Merry Christmas is when I'm speaking to someone I don't know (and therefore unsure of their beliefs) and even then I say Happy Holidays.

The season is only about Christ if you are Christian. It can also be about Hanukkah and Kwanzaa. Try being a little more tolerant of others and their beliefs. Recognizing our differences can go a long way toward bringing us closer together. And I wish you a very happy holiday.

And why does everyone have to wish you a merry or happy anything? During the rest of the year to you expect everyone to wish you a good day and best wishes? Maybe they are not in a festive mood. They are entitled to their feelings, just as you are entitled to yours.

in the beginning of christianity, the season was NOT about christ.
christians hijacked the season and made it more righteous. But christmas is only a phenomenon about the last century. in fact i just heard that the RED Suit that santa is suppost to wear was created by the coka cola company. not by tradition or by the season.
When christ walked the earth they practiced Hanukka. as it is a Commandment through Moses from God that all Israel should keep the passover! forever! if christians believed all the words of the bible I see no reason to forsake this one

Its really amazing how this world has been so caught up in 'hurting people's feeling' and everything has to be 'politically correct'. I just have one thing to say. If Jesus weren't born, there would be no Christmas in the first place. Keep Christ in Christmas and keep him in your life to truly live it whole and be happy. Easter is another one......If he didn't die for us, there wouldn't be Easter either.
Merry Christmas and God bless you!
