I would go based on matchup here.
The Indy v. Cincy game is going to be a shootout and Henry always finds a way into the endzone in games like this. Henry definitely.
The Detroit v. GB game is going to be a shootout between two bad teams. Detroit has zero running game with the loss of Jones. So you can expect Kitna to air it out all afternoon. Roy Williams should be getting a bunch of grabs and a TD, but the rest of the passes are going to go to Furry. Lately, Furrey is the one that is finding the endzone.
Evans is an iffy choice. Lately he hasn't been getting a bunch of touches, but he has been good for one bomb which usually saves his numbers for the week. Problems with Evans...No one else on Buffalo to balance the coverage, JP Losman is not that good and Miami D is playing really well right now. In my mind, Evans is too risky.
Holmes is only a sleeper WR with Ward back in the mix. And even though Carolina's secondary is banged up, they will still hang tough against Big Ben.
I think both Henry and Furrey are each good for 75-85 yds and a TD, maybe more if they get really ugly. Good luck!

Henry at Indy
Once Rudi gets over 100 yards and 2 td's against Indy look for Palmer to really open up the air game. They will be defending Johnson and TJ leaving Henry open a lot
Furrey at Green Bay
Green Bay' s defense is awful and with Kevin Jones out for the year look for Kitna to take advantage of a weak secondary

Furrey and Evans
Although Miami's D was awesome against NE, they are in Buffalo, and Losman loves to air out and have Evans run under it. Look for alot of sacks again for Miami, but Losman will ifnd Evans. Green Bay's secondary is atrocious right now. They wree giving up averages of 15 yeards per cath in the middle of the Zone. Look for Furrey to get looks

I would have to play Furrey vs the anemic GB secondary. As for the second opening, go with Henry. The Cinci-Indy game should be one for the fantasy ages, with neither team wanting to play defense so he'll get some looks.
