I'm almost 39 weeks and I have been having the same pains down there. Like right below my belly. I've been having them though for a couple days. I normally get them after i have an exam or after walking a ways. I am sitting right now and I keep getting them off and on. I'm praying I go into labor this weekend! Like everyone else said you may be going into labor or ir may be false. I would start timing the pains and see if they are consitent or go see your Dr. you pay them for a reason and the worst that will happen is they send you home but at least you will have peace of mind. What also could be happening is you are dilating a little bit.

sounds like you r having the onset of back labor. If your feeling any kind of pains ( cramping) you need to time them and see how far apart they are. Even if you are feeling the baby ball up and then it goes away those are contractions as well. I wouldn't waste any more time on the computer. You should go to the hospital and get admitted. The worst they can say is that it was false labor and send you home . I bet they will keep you and you'll have your baby sometime today. Good luck to you and Congratulations.

Start counting each minute in between the pains, the closer they get to each other the more painful it is. Yes, it might happen sooner than you think, pace the floor, keep moving and concentrate on the time and call your doctor as soon as you can.

Sounds like you might be in labor. Time your pains "down there" as they get closer together they probably will get stronger. When they are 5 min appart you'll need to call your hospital and they should tell you to come in. (unless your doctor told you to call at a different timing).
Congratulations.

yes! you have begun early labor. time your contractions and as they intensify when they become 15s-5 mins apart, you need to call your doctor and head for the hospital. GOOD LUCK & CONGRATULATIONS!!:):)
