I know that I can take Tylenol Cold, but I don't have that with me. Is "Tylenol Cough and Sore Throat" ok to take? It's the blue medicine with "Cool Burst.

I know I can just call my doctor, but the clinic isn't open yet. Please help.

Any active ingredients besides Acetaminophen?

ETA:
YES, you can take it.
Dextromethorphan is a "L1" in "Medications & Mother's Milk" by Hale (THE resource for this info). L1 is the safest rating possible. He lists no pediatric concerns.

Never hurts to call and check. What the nurse was talking about is Tylenol Cold that's like Theraflu. It's a powder you mix with hot water.

I got a real bad cold while breastfeeding and that is what my dr told me to take. you can even take the daytime formulas so you're not getting drowsy and the baby is still awake

I wouldn't take the chance. Gargle with hot salt water several times a day.
