Be like . everything we had was in the past. we are better off as friends . we moved on . just forget about that night we had drinks and i woke up at your house becuase it was a silly thing that happend. say your sorry . give him a hug makes him feel better.

If you know for a fact that he still wants to be with you and you don't want to be with him, you should leave him alone because you'll make him feel like you still want him if you start spending time with him more. Try to distance yourself from him until you feel he's ready to be around you or you want him too.
