First a funny song to lift your spirit

This part isn't funny, but it is how I deal with really sad things. I read biographies about people who had it worse then I currently have it, and they ended up overcoming their grief. To become stronger and better off then they were before tragedy stuck.
For example To Destroy you is no loss, was about a young girl who survived the Cambodian Holocaust. By the end of the book she married and living a successful life in America. I don't know how bad you have it now but if this girl could endure all that she did, and make a better life because of it. You can too.

I thought this was funny. I saw it on a TV documentary. In case you didn't know, manatees are big freshwater animals, like sea lions, they are very slow, peaceful and even lethargic.
So here goes:
There was a manatee lying at the bottom of a river. Two explorers pass in a boat and spot him. "Oh look! There's a dead manatee lying at the bottom!" cried one. "Oh my God! That's so cruel! He must have been hit by a motor boat!" "That's just terrible, poor manatee!" and so on and so forth for about 10 minutes. FInally the manatee opens an eye. "Sweet Jesus! I think he's alive!" He moves his flipper. " Let's get him some help!" At that point the manatee opened both his eyes, surveyed the situation, and slowly swam away. He had been sleeping. The two explorers sat in their boat, suddenly speechless.
I hope you'll feel better soon!

Well I'll tell you what happened one time:
My friends and I were going through the driveway, the person asked what we wanted and I replied "Can we just have a min. please?" and then we were sitting there trying to figure out what we want and a bee flew in the car.. all four of them jumped out of the car screaming...leaving me in the car with the bee, and the person taking our order asking if we were okay... they got back in and we drove away, no food that day haha.
And another:
Once my friend, sister and I were trying to accquire this street sign... so we get it in the car, my friend is driving away and a giant spider comes crawling down the side... we again, all jumped out screaming as the car is still in drive and driving away... we're chasing the car, my friend is trying to get in it to put it in park... all right in front of her dads work.
Hope this made you smile. I have plenty more if you'd like.
