probably you can get a eternal bracket fabricated and mounted onto the wall. This bracket will be designed in such a way to hold the japanese fan for you, perhaps with swivelling option also. If you are in india kindly peep inside an First class railway coach of indian railways, wher you can one model of a bracket for holding the fan onto the ceiling. The same design can also be used for mounting the fan on the wall surface.

Get a picture hanger the kind you nail on to the back of a pic frameand hot glue it to the fan. Hang it like a picture.
