Where ever part of the world you got married you will need to file for divorce or annulment there and after you can get married already in the philippines

All you'll need is the final divorce decree(s) on any prior U.S. marrage. The orignal one with the state seal to show the U.S. Embassy in Manila to obtain " a certificate in lieu of legal capacaty to marry. Cost is $50 and avail M-F at 10 am in the Enbassy. Usually same day service.

yup you have to secure your divorce papers first before the Philippine Laws allow you to get married to a citizen here or you'll be sued for bigamy..

yes you do. It may be a good idea to use an agent. There is no divorce in the PI. So they have been cases where people have a hard time.
