Hello, I am technically challenged when it comes to computers other than what I use it for in my job.

I have a Dell Inspirion 6000 which recently had a virus. It was so messed up I sent it to warranty for repair. How do I install drivers? Also what does this corrective repair action from Dell mean: Problem was found to be limited to customers software? System Board repair? LCD Display? Thanks for your knowledge.

Look at your paperwork for your Dell (if you have it) and it will tell tou the manufactor of the things inside your PC. Then go to thier website and download drivers. Driver programs are self installing programs nowadays. Here is the Link for your drivers.
