There was a girl, and she walks out onto a bridge, but when she comes back to her parents they have been turned into giant bricks by an evil witch.
The evil witch wants to use these "human bricks" to build a castle. The little girl goes on an adventure with a talking horse to save her parents.
I remember a scene where she is on a cloud. I also remember a scene where she is in a dark, circuler room with the evil witch.
I think the little girl had special powers or mabey the horse did. Do you know what in the heck I'm talking about?

It sounds like one of the old Unico movies....about a magical little unicorn and various riders (I'm probably wrong).....like from 20 years ago or longer.....oriental/japanese animation.....very 'dark' for a childrens cartoon/movie.......I'll have to watch here to see if someone does name the movie....I'd love to know to....
