ok if i click start and go into all programmes i cant right click to arrange by name or anything like that. also if i highlight my recent documents and try to right click on one of those items in order to delete it it wont work either

go into control panel and click on the mouse option, look at the tabs in there to see if you have accidently changed your configuration

check if your mouce is ok if it is then check it's connection to the CPU
