They say you should hold down the ALT key and type 168 (with the keypad) Although, this doesn't work for me, I get ↕. But if you try ALT 0191 you get ¿. (I got this from this website:http://www.mprz.com/edu/acento.html)

In Microsoft Word they say to
Press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + ?

I can only tell you how to do it on mine (Toshiba). A section of the alpha keyboard becomes a numeric keypad when CTRL is held (little numbers are marked on the offending keys), so I do CTRL + ALT + 168 (on the alpha keyboard it's JO8). You need to find out if your laptop has a numerical keypad mode.

On a Windows PC, holding ALT and typing 168 gives you ¿ but you must use the keypad with Num Lock activated (tricky on a laptop but I can do it on mine by holding down an extra key).

If you get ↕ it's because you haven't activated Num Lock.

( ¿ ) In Windows, I open up Character Map, search through the font set to find it, select, copy, and then paste it. Character Map tells me the keyboard shortcut is Alt+0191.
