how to start up a wine bar?

My husband and I are keen on starting up our own wine bar in Denmark (Aarhus or Copenhagen). Any good adive on how and what areas to look out for?

First off, find a bank or a post office that is going to close down soon. All the best wine bars used to be post offices or banks.
