I thought it would be interesting, and fun, to try the whole, um, you know. "Gerbil up the butt" thing, just to see if it would feel nice. The only problem, however, is now the little bugger is stuck somewhere in my lower intestine. I can feel him moving around, and I need some help getting him out. I'm to afraid to go to a doctor because this is really embarrasing!

Dummy, you're supposed to tie a string around their legs so you can pull them back out and keep them from going on a "road trip" through your colon.

Very easy solution my friend. Each as many pork and beans as you can to make some methane gas. Then poke a piece of pipe up your butt large enough for the gerbil to slide through. Waite until you feel a huge fart coming on and wave a match over the opening of the pipe. Fart really hard to ignite the methane gas and blow the little guy right out. Be careful not to point the pipe at windows or mirrors.

really basic answer my pal. each and each and every as many purple meat and beans as you are able to to make some methane gasoline. Then poke somewhat of pipe up your butt large adequate for the gerbil to slip by. Waite till you sense an excellent fart drawing close and wave a adventure over the hollow of the pipe. Fart somewhat demanding to ignite the methane gasoline and blow the little guy good out. be careful no longer to point the pipe at abode windows or mirrors.
