I wouldn't be too concerned about a number, that's all it is. As far as expectations, what do you expect from yourself? Did you have certain goals that you wanted to accomplish by now?
Remember, celebrate the years, too many people don't get the opportunity to reach 30, let alone anything past it.

You can expect 30 candles on your cake. Its really no big deal hun. Your only as old as you act so be like me. I am physically 37 but I am mentally 27. I have always been 10 years behind.

You can expect to be the most attractive, fit and intelligent that you've ever been and hopefully you'll keep improving for a good few years to come. (I'm 30!)

Age is what you make of it. Don't stress over it. I'm 53 and wouldn't want to change that for the world. I deserve to be at this number, i earned it.

there will be no major changes,, its just a #, if you decide it has special significance, then it will,, i think some use their early 30's to reflect on their life, their goals, what they havent done yet, especially things like marriage/children,,,, for me, 30 had no significance, but 31 did
