Yes,I remember when I was in my first year college,it was my very first time wearing high heels and I live in a place with so many rocks on it,so walking with a high heels shoes was really so hard for me,the funny thing is that I fell in front of so many children on my way to school and they all laugh at me

I am a guy and when I see a gal wearing high heels certainly tells me a story. Its only a matter of time before you start having ingrown nails, weakening of ankle bones and this is just two amid a whole lot more.

Yes, that I rarely wear them because I don't know how to walk in them. I used to, but they hurt my feet to much, so I reverted to combat boots and sneakers. Much more comfortable, plus because those two are made with more room I can use comfortable insoles in them...heels you can because they're usually snug to your feet and meant to be worn with thin nylons.
Honestly they make me feel too girly and I feel like I look awkward in them, even if I'm wearing them with a nice dress. I think it's my calves...they look boyish. Not muscular, not thin...boyish, and that doesn't look right in heels.
