This is driving me crazy. Am I lacking some sort of vitamin(s)?

I agree with the cause of the mouth sores to be stemming from some form of a stomach problem. My whole family gets these every so often and has always told me it has to do with, how much and, what we eat. I notice ,and same with my twin sister, that if we do not eat well and or been out partying (not much anymore), we tend to get these white sores like 1-3 . Best to eat a well balance diet and take mutli Vitamins which i do now and have had few since. Also gargle with salt water.

Try rinsing with diluted hydrogen peroxide. That will get rid of the sores in your mouth and prevent new ones from forming. Use it as a mouthwash every day. Add and equal amount of water to dilute it. It tastes bad, but it works great. Listerine may also do the same thing, but I've never tried it.

The first guy that answered is closest to right. Are you having some weird strange stomach aches. I get these little white sores in my mouth often and is associated with stomach aches which my doctor says is stress. Sorry I do not know what to do about them.

go out and purchase L-Lysine an amino acid. no longer intense priced in any respect take 2 the first day and one on a daily basis till clears up , might want to sparkling up in 2 day to three days. L-Lysine does wonders on mouth sores.

if it is white patches, it is most likely stress ulcers. sometimes it is a sign of immunodeficiency. try taking vitamin(s) C and E.
