ok, first contact your legal aid office in your area; they are in all states and most counties. it should be in your phone book, or call the county court clerks office and ask if they have the number. they go on a sliding scale, so its free to most.

you should not have to beg for child support (your ex likes this by the way, you beg'n). you are your childs ONLY advocate, so you need to be strong for them. so do what you gotta do, stand your ground, take him to court and get a child support order made. here is a calculator. just click on your state, and fill in the fields, it will tell you about how much he will have to pay.

here are some other links, just click on your state and find the child support sections. the last ones are to help you and your family :)

hang in there and stay strong.... they need you to be.

try taking him to court for the c.s, im sorry you have to go through that~ but what dont kill you will surely make you a whole lot stonger & even if it seems as though he is getting away with doing you & the kids this way believe me when i tell you that he isnt ~ what goes around comes around "karma is a b***h", he will pay 1 way or another you just keep ya' head up & stay focused, yes i know being "a single parent" isnt easy, but there are plenty of women doing it & doing a great job at it, so until things pick up for you stay strong & know in your heart that you can do it!!! good luck & best wishes....

You need to speak to a lawyer. There are alot of services available for people just like you. Cut off all contact with the bum - he'll only continue to cause you grief. Get some support - they can enforce child-support, and you never have to go to him again - they'll garnish his wages. Go to welfare, or a women's support shelter - they'll help you.

Sweetheart you really eed to do it legally, get a restraining order and demand that he pays child support, they WILL get it for you. Don't beat yourself up sweetie a lot of people have been through this, You really need to go to the courthouse, or this can get bad! Please!

In our state we have a child support recovery department that will get the support needed and send it to you.

Don't let him off the hook...this is his responsibility
