I'M A MUSLIM.........in Islam we have specific time for Muslims to pay a specific amount of money food....and even clothes to poor people
and there are lots of cases where you have to spend money
for example........u have to give ur poor relative money to help him live if he cant work
Muslim country have to give poor people money all the time if they cant works.......kids.orphans. or women and old people
god bless this pure religion of Islam
