Easy... you have to find out what file it is first and where it is. If you at least have the name of the file you can then go in to safe mode. Do this by restarting the computer and hitting either F8 while it is rebooting or the ctrl button. Sometimes it doesn't work and you have to do it again. Hit the button repeatedly in order to go into safe mode. A menu will come up where you choose safe mode. Then you can go straight to the file and deletet it. You can also run your anti-virus program and it will have the ability to delete it if it couldn't before. I found Norton has a tougher time than McAfee. I'd go with McAfee(sp).
The reason you would go into safe mode is because the virus can't protect itself.

To get into secure mode keep hitting F8 at the same time as the workstation is booting up. which will raise a exhibit that asks you the way you want as well, generic or secure mode. There you will get into secure mode. Now the gray container kinda sounds like msconfig. in case you visit run and kind in msconfig which will raise a touch application and in case you visit the startup tab you are able to examine or uncheck what you want to run on startup. Becareful because some stuff is critical for some courses. I somewhat have in no way ran it in secure mode, purely generic. wish that's what you're searching for.

each trojan creates different files on your computer. Generally all antivirus companies give the list of files on their website you need to delete yourself. You have to write down the name of the Trojan, then search using google. copy the instructions page from your antivirus company on your hard disk and carry out those instructions.
this page below explains in detail how you should carry out the steps that they give on their website. Use only those steps that are applicable in your case
