sometimes i kinda sneeze silently, i don't hold it back, i just don't let it all out. Usually i do that if i'm in a really quiet place, like church, or library, mostly cause i don't wanna draw attention to myslef and disturb the silence.

I did yesterday coz I was serving a customer at work and would've sneezed on her hand as she handed me money. My fiance says his ear pops if he holds back a sneeze. I've been sneezing all day so far today and I've not held a single one back.

I don't have one of those delicate feminine sneezes ~ no matter how hard I try! So once I tried to hold it in, and I thought my brain was going to come out of my ears from the pressure of it!

it depends on where i am i dont hold it back but having kids when they were just born i would sneeze quietly

I tried to hold back a sneeze one time.
