Americans who were reared in this wonderful country from the 40's and 50's have been immersed in many catastrophic changes during the past 40 years. If it were possible to have an exact 'model' displaying America in the 1950's (socially, economically, politically, etc.), and a comparative model for the 1990's, the differences would be 'staggering', if not down-right mind-boggling! But, the changes were destined to come because America was to be the last of the formidable, 'nation-states' on earth, prior to the beginnings of a global government.

To interject and answer your question (from my personal opinion, and beliefs), I would say it is 'absolutely wrong' to hate Arabs and Mexicans, whites and blacks, whites and Indians (native Americans), because 'man' is a creature himself, therefore, dependant upon others to sustain his own (and his family) livelihood on earth. No people, at any place on earth, can succeed at life and living by continually fighting one-another.

But the national changes over the past 3 to 4 decades in America have caused a multitude, of personal and emotional contractions to those Americans who grew up to love this country, and who felt life as we knew it in the 1940's & 50's, would never change. Well, times and conditions have changed, and they will never, never be the same as they once were.

What were the changes in definition; what 'force' devised the changes? What were some of the reasons 'why' the changes were conceived in the first-place, where are the changes leading to, for older Americans? Are the Democrats or Republicans 'in power' helpful, or able to restore the America, that 'once-existed'? These are questions that every American (including Arabs and Mexicans, blacks and whites, and all-others) should be asking, and demanding solid answers for. There are answers that would require several hours/days to discuss & define and cover.

Could the present trend of political, economic and social changes lead America to become the world's new 'killing-field', that Russia and China experienced during the twentieth century? These are very important matters for citizens alone, to discuss and consider. Exclude all 'parties' of politics, and special-interest groups with their special agenda's, and tactics for 'swaying' peoples minds.

Remember, American's were once a "united-people" where the U.S. Constitution was the law of the land, and all American's were equal one-to-another, under the Constitution; that was the law! Was the law enforced equally towards all-Americans? No! So, the U.S. Government went from 'servant' to the people, to omnipotent power, over the people. Legilative/Judicial powers went from upholding the Constitution (which is what America's elected officials took an oath to do), and enforcing few balanced laws governing 'all peoples', to creating a flux of new laws, and new interpretations for multiple groups of American Citizens. This actually created a grid-lock for all Americans to be free, an solid conflict and contradiction from what America's Founding Father's designed. Now America has multiple-citizen groups, separate and distinct from each-other, with often-times, conflicting demands; in other words we are the Un-united States of America saddled with the multiple-dilemma called 'diversity'!

Does the 'Arab World' recognize 'diversity'? If you were to travel to Mexico, would the Mexican Government adopt the English language by demand, as America has, Spanish? Do the Japanese People recognize 'diversity' in Japan? What group (of 'thugs') working as parasites behinds the awesome power of 'uncontrolled government' (in America) with a controlled, two-party system, could be so successful as to force such conflicts and changes on a united people?

If it were possible that America could 'halt' this slide of completely losing our distinction (in the world), of being what we once were as a united-people, American's would have to stop(!), and access what the 'problem-area's' are; 'WHO' is really behind the changes that have been at work for the past several decades, under our noses. Americans would have to eliminate the cause of these changes, and reverse the changes, while exercising care so-as-not to reduce the liberties of all-Americans!

Is it possible for a national accessment to develop, and occur amongst our citizens today? NO! American's as a population will 'never-miss-the -water', 'til the well runs dry! America, is in the business today, of going 'out-of-business', tomorrow! And sadly, I believe we will succeed at it!

It is okay to hate anyone you want. It's a feeling and it's yours. You are entitled to it. However, you are not entitled to make those feelings known, as Arabs and Mexicans are here and they're not going anywhere. In other words, it's okay to hate whoever you want, as long as you don't let it interfere with society.

I don't think it's right to hate any one culture or society because all people of that culture are not the asme. We tend to stereotype all people of a particular race or religion and that's just wrong. People are individuals and not all of any one race acts a certain way. Plus you always have your good people and your bad people in every culture.

It's ok to hate, anger is a gift. But just remember everything comes full circle. So when it comes back to you, go out with all guns blazing.
