Is there any way of making my lips nicer?

Well, first of all make sure that your lips are not peely. If they are you need to exfoliate them gently (with a wash cloth or even a soft toothbrush) and slather on a deep moisturizing lip balm and reapply often. Depending on how severe the condition, you may need to do this for a week or so. I really like the RoseBud Salve, avalible at lots of places including Sephora. It super moisturizes the lips! And its versitle so you can used it on other dry skin areas of your body.
In general, gloss is more flattering than matte lip stick. Just don't put on too much gloss or you'll look like your lips are about to slide off your face! haha! But what I find to be really attractive is to choose a color lip stick, apply it lightly with your fingertip, and then blend it, again with the RoseBud Salve. Your lips will look pretty, but not overly done... kinda like you just licked them a little... and we all know that's super sexy ;)
Personally, I don't like to use lip liner because I think it is too harsh. If you know how to apply it well and use a shade of lipsitck that matches VERY WELL, then it works. I hate when girls have a "ring around the lips." It looks so trashy, doesn't it??

What do you mean more nicer? Are talking about having a cosmetic surgery? You can shape your lips by just using a lip liner and if you lips is thin just go beyond the line of your lips and use lip brush to put your lipstick on.

What's wrong with the way that they look? If they're chapped, then use chapstick. Mary Kay has a kit called Satin Lips that is a kit to get your lips nice and soft. Basically an exfoliator and lip gloss.

use a lip gloss with a natural colour then edge them with a lip linner

eyes u can not do n e factor to make it appear lovely no surgical procedures and eyes r simply magical however for lips there r methods u can do while u appear at a few one for the primary time u appear at them directly within the eyes

u can buy the anew lip plump from avon its not dear and works a treat!!!!

Yes. Keep them well moisturised and healthy and feel confident about your looks. You cannot really do more than this.
