i would ssay women. because my girl friends and i talk about some stuff. but in a way we are all perverts. women just hide it better

Depends on the individual, I don't think perversion is limited to one gender. Both men and women can be extremely perverted whilst other men and women can be completely reserved.

Both equally but men tend to be more violent about it. They'll often direct their perversions at others while women tend to direct their perversions on themselves.
