It is difficult to tell a baby boy from a baby girl by its facial features. But men seem to have heavier bone above the eyes and fuller chin bones. But are there other defininte differences in facial structure between men and women?

The human skull consists of 22 bones.
The sex of an individual cannot be assessed from cranial structure alone.
The visible features that are made up of flesh and muscle, begin to become defined in childhood and are established by maturity.
Some may be heavier in the brow or have a more defined jawline but this cannot be concluded as an indication of the sex.It may be a genetic feature that is not necessarily confined to the one sex.Genetic and other such abnormalities can be present in either sex.
The outward definition and pronouncement of a persons various facial features are usually how we visually assess their sex.
Usually the female appears to have more refinement of features and virtually no facial hair excepting for eyebrows.
While the male usually has heavier eyebrows, facial hair and less refined features.
As age increases the female begins to produce a small amount of facial hair. This is due to hormone changes in the body.
The hair on the scalp also changes with the onset of age.In the female the density and quality lessen while in males hair growth may stop completely.
In the later years of a human life the features once again, begin to take on a asexual appearance.
But the basic structure of the cranium never alters from birth to death.

Facial hair is the primary factor. Other factors are not found in every man and could even be found in women: A big and broad hairless forehead, smaller eyes, wider nose, bigger jaw and eyebrows thickening nearer to the ears.

As a Muslim myself , the first ingredient i'd fairly opt to do is ask you the way many Muslims have you ever fairly ever met in human being? secondly do you've a level in phyciology ? you element out hatred in the Quran, have you ever study the Quran? the objective of secluding both genders from one yet another is to circumvent having children strengthen up and not using a kin, children are our destiny and a minimum of if we cant supply them water fueled autos a minimum of we may be able to enable them to strengthen up of their very own kin, Islam cuts the vice by using the basis seeing as a guy and women launch chemical substances into the air to allure to one yet another its actually a remember of timeuntill they supply up questioning and start up performing on intuition, our concept procedure is what defines a human from different animals, because of this we ought to continuously be on correct of issues over it continuously.

i think that part if it is the skin texture.
women have a smoother texture, part of not shaving every day. but women who are hairy (i've known two) who have a lot of facial hair, also have smoother skin than men.

also i think is size. men's skulls are larger than women's... so the size of the face is relatively larger also.

i think the chin shape and width have something to do it also.

Usually the eyes. ^^ I just think that there's something in the eyes that makes you say "Oh that's a girl!" or maybe "That's definitely a man!" :)) I swear try cutting out eye sections of males and females (without eye make-up) and you'll see that people would recognize if they're girls or boys. :D I hope that answered ur question.

Men's skin appears "ruddier" because they have to shave everyday. Also, the features are more masculine looking. Sometimes, they are not so apparent.

I was going to say hair but since you are talking about babies.....I read once that a male's Adam's apple is
more pronounced than a woman's. Not sure if this applies to babies since they are still developing.
