if you're still a teen or child, ask your mom & dad to help you out. (-It would have been a dream for me if I had a cellphone as a kid!....back in the 70's & 80's!-lol) seriously just call a cell phone company you wish to choose from & you've got the info you need-good luck.

A prepaid phone is the best way to go. And that should be enough. But make sure you check into other companies as well and compare. T-Mobile's prepaid is good as well.

there are plans you can get .. you should be fine.. just talk to your local retailer tell them how much you want to spend and they will set you up right
