You can't measure yourself and get accurate results. When you move your arms to hold the tape, your skin, muscles, and tissue will all move as well; lifting and stretching so that you end up with the wrong sizes. Go to a local lingerie or department store and get measured for free. Then use that size to order on line if you don't want to buy in store. If you know your correct size, based on being measured professionally, then use an on line conversion to find out what size you are by other countries size charts.
This site has two good ones.

Yes, there is a lot of difference between sizes when it's a bra. If a bra isn't the exact size you need, you don't get the best fit. While it may fit "OK" having the wrong fit can and will make a big difference in how it feels and looks. It can also effect how well your clothing fits, looks, and feels, over top of the bra. If it's too big, you can end up with pockets in the bra that bag and bunch, the band can slip down your torso, the straps won't stay in place, and many other problems that can make a poor fitting bra uncomfortable. If a bra is too tight, then you get squashed breasts that can stick out over the top and sides of the bra, a band or straps that cut into your skin, underwire that pokes into you, to name a few.
In US sizing, AA is 1/2" (1.25cm) difference from cup to band measurement, A is 1" (2.5cm) difference between cup and band measurement. While that may not seem like a lot, it is once you've put the bra on. A little material in a bra goes a long way towards the right (or wrong) fit. The band size is inches around the rib cage above the breasts. So the difference between a 32 and a 34 is 2 inches (5cm.) Again, this may not seem like a lot, but the wrong band size won't stay in place on your body.

What are your measurements, that might help. AA cup is not more than 1/2 inch difference between the bust measurement and the band size (note this is not just the underbust measurement).
You need to take three measurements:
1) Measure around the rib cage under the bust
2) Measure around the rib cage above the bust (under armpits)
3) Measure around the fullest part of the bust (across the nipples)
Post the measurements, and I can give you a more accurate idea of your bra size, although getting measured professionally is the best way to know for sure.

Wear a 34 AA and adjust the bra. I wear a 34A but whenever I buy a new bra I have to adjust the straps and then it fits. Also buy a push up bra if you can, but I don't know why push up bras don't work that well for me. Try aerie bras I wear them and there comfy. Good Luck! =)

AA bra is the cup size honey,,, and thats what you need.... now you would probably were a 32AA.. using a measuring tape wrap it around yourself even over your breat and it should tell you what size , im thinking it would be a 32. Specially if your a small yound lady. So i would say go with a 32AA that should do the trick! good luck

An AA bra is basically a training bra, the very smallest cup size you can buy. 32 and 34 pertains to the girth around your chest.

Dont even bother. Small tities like that dont need bra's. Looks a hell of a lot better without it.
