I think we should get points for each thumbs-up we receive when we ask questions. Otherwise, there really is no point to us receiving them.

I think it would be fine if it was for 'serious' answers. That means answers that aren't 'yes', 'no',or ' I don't know' answers. These answers would be ones that took some thought. Alternatively, if a question generates a lot of discussion like 10 or 20 answers, a person's point reward could be justified. But asking the question and reading the answers should be it's own reward.

No! I strongly disagree!! before each and every thing, this position is called Yahoo solutions because we are meant to furnish solutions. it truly is basic to ask questions and too many human beings ask stupid ones. they ought to "pay" to ask. If it truly isn't any longer worth 2 factors to them to ask (5 factors to ask minus the three they get lower back at the same time as they choose the purely right answer) then it truly isn't any longer worth my time to respond to. Plus the dumb questions many times get some distance extra solutions then the somewhat good and/or complicated questions. good QUESTIONS are not getting REWARDED WITH various of solutions. it truly is continually stupid and easy ones that get the most solutions. Plus it truly is a recognition contest. The somewhat universal human beings get the most solutions.
