Online ads are replacing newspapers ads very rapidly, besides newspapers are very expensive, a week ago I placed an ad asking for a worker and cost me over five hundred dollars for just two days 3 lines, I think people favor the online more nowadays..☺

i had more luck with the newspaper, after weeding threw all the agency ads, and thats where i found my current employment, a couple of years ago. while i did get some calls from applying online, nothing went any further, so i suggest using the Sunday edition of your local paper

In the newspaper we dirty our fingers flipping through the pages.
In on-line we see the advertisement fluttering and hanging on the line drying out under the sun in planet of apes.
