Yes, they do communicate amongst each other in body language and the sounds of their species and in the same way with us humans.

Their are two disparities: They have no NATURAL spoken voice and they have no HUMAN soul.

Yes they communicate with each other by smelling and wagging of tag if they like the other animal . If they don't a fight usually breaks out. My dog tell me when he wants water by barking and running to his dish. He tells me when he wants to go outside to potty by barking. And he licks with kisses to show that he loves me. They use signs not voice for communication but get their point across.

yes they communicate but the difference is that we cant understand their language.
