I for one hate to be lied to... but you know what? At the end of the day (which is usually how long it takes me to get over it and move on) you have to realize that life takes all kinds... I am not above it myself and can't really judge too harshly what I do myself.
People lie... it is human nature. It is a manifestation of fear, trepidation, shyness, avoidance etc... As long as it doesn't become the totality of their (or your) life and nothing you/they ever say is honest. Then you live, you deal and you move on depending on the magnitude of the lie and the consequences that follow...
Every action has an equal or opposite reaction... If someone lies to me about the big things... that actually EFFECT of change MY LIFE... That's different. That I do not do to others and I do not want it done to me.
Most people that know me, know better... I can be quite vicious and lack a certain needed conscience when it comes to revenge... therefore it is simply never worth it to them to bother!
I prefer the truth but always accept a little white lie...

Usually, anger comes fast and furious. However, do find out why he lied in the first place. He may have good intentions doing so and you may find it easy to forgive him. You may also feel stupid after knowing the truth. Therefore, be slow when submitting yourself to anger.

their is this one girl that i work with and i can always tell when she is lying, i just never tell her. i always feel like she must take me for a fool. outside of work and i just straight out tell them that they are full of poop. i don't like the feeling.
