The get more attention by being cute over being smart so... as shallow as it is guys tend to respond more to a woman if he feels dominant and who doesn't feel dominant with a ditz? What's ditsier that saying like every two seconds?

It's a reflection of their IQ and vocabulary. To be honest, I actually know several smart cheerleaders. That sounds contrary to the stereotype but I guess they are exceptions.
