You can not prevent him from cheating, if that was the case then no one would be cheating any more. It sounds like you are doing all you can to make this marriage work. He sounds he enjoys the thrill of it and if that is the case then he is hooked. By you staying with him and excepting the fact that he cheats he keeps doing it. It is time you let him go and move on, and don't take him back even if he promises never to do it again. Once a cheat always a cheat. You deserve much more then what he is giving you. You deserve someone who will be completely faithful and loving to you and you alone. Don't stand for it leave him. Best of luck to you.

You have been putting up with this for how long? Doesn't matter, the fact is you cannot change him. You cannot change anyone only yourself. It doesn't matter what the women look like because he does it just because he can. You need to leave this unhealthy relationship as soon as possible. Then you need to get a good physical and tell your doctor the truth so you can be checked for any STDs or ,God forbid ,HIV. The doctor might also be able to recommend a good therapist for you to talk to because you need help, seriously. Your self esteem is all the way to the floor. You have DOORMAT written all over you..and if you're that needy sexually, you can always get yourself a vibrator ! At least it won't cheat on you, give you a disease or a complex. Good luck!

I am sorry 21 yrs of this no way. You can give him all the sex he wants and needs and he will still cheat. He is the type of man that that cheating is what makes him the person he is. Lady it isn't you and how much sex you give it is him and how it makes him feel manly or what. Go on and find you a great life and let him cheat all he wants while you are happy with someone else that appreciates you as you will them.

Yes, Yes and maybe. No two men cheat for the same reason, but studies show that sex is the main reason for affairs. Some men were raised in an environment where cheating occurred and they think that is normal behaviour. Same as families with alcohol problems foster kids with alcohol problems. Communication about sex may help with the situation. Talk to him about sex, what he wants and what he likes. You might not want to do what he wants, but at least you will know what he will be looking for if he cheats on you. That might sound cruel but it is fact.

my husband and me, we communicate and talk a lot about everything we have on our heads even towards to very sensitive and unpleasant subjects sometimes but we would not like to live with burdens and it's always good to share and unload. so we have been very up front with each other, knowing what each other are thinking and also feeling and so far i've never caught him cheating and on top of the fact he knows i hate people that cheats and knows the consequences of it if he ever cheats to me. i know where you come from on the other hand, cause everyone are different and it might not be that easy for you to bring your husband to do the same thing although you would like too cause it's not easy to change a person and everyone is individual.

You don't, if a spouse is going to cheat they are going to cheat. Obviously there has been a major lack of communication before as well as after you married, as you both seem to have differing views as to what marriage is. Too bad you couldn't have gotten it straightened out before you got married.

After 21 years I would be taking that trash out to the curb. Why would you think so little of yourself to put up with that? He cheats because he can get away with it. You can not prevent him from cheating. He will do it because he wants to. Good luck

That's a long time to put up with someone cheating on you. ;o( I'm not sure after all that time you can stop him from doing it other then leaving him. Maybe he just finds some kind of thrill sneaking behind your back, but then again if you know he's not very good at hiding it from you. As long as you put up with it and by now he knows you will he'll just continue to do it to you. ;o(

If u both have a good sexual life, and he still has been cheating for 21 years, then it is more likely that he wants to have sex with a variety of women.
Have a chat with him and tell him how u feel.
And if this continues again, leave him. U r worth better than this!

There is no specific way to keep a man from cheating, the only thing to do is to trust your husband and your relationship in Gods hand. And just make sure you satisfy your husband sexually, and tajke care of him like a baby. And most of all, dont try to monitor his movements or try to forcefully stop him from doing those things he was doing before you married him, just pet him and smoothly him talk him out of those things you dont like about him.Take care
