I want to get a baby I care for a play remote control, but I don't see one sold anywhere. I don't want to get him a real one, I don't think the parents would like that.

If there is no such thing there should be. I can't beleive anyone with children would not think this is a good idea. That baby is always going after the remote!

If you cant find a toy one, buy a cheap remote and take the batteries out. Make sure that there are no loose fittings on the remote that the baby can possibly swallow.

My daughter loved the remote too. So my dad took an old remote he had and removed all of the electronic parts from it and stuffed it with paper towels. My daughter played with that thing all of the time!

Target or K-Mart has them .. but if you cant locate one, why not try a Universal remote? may be a lil expensive but buy the cheap ones and you know it wont work unless the code is programmed into the TV .. so the baby can play all they like with it and it wont change the chans etc :)
