I do not know if this is harmful to the skin, but toothpaste does works. I use it around once a month. You'll feel a tingling and very cool sensation when you spread it over your face. Then scrub at your face gently (like any other soap) and wash it off.

I use Colgate Toothpaste. I suppose other toothpaste works too.

Why the hell would you want to bleach your skin? Be proud and accepting of the color of your skin and you won't have any problems.

You can use glutathione for systemic effect. It has antioxidant effects, too and you can't have overdosage. Use papaya soap, biolink works. slowly but surely. Use the soap with the lotion.
