MY BOYFRIEND TOOK HIS KIDS AWAY FROM HIM AND CHANGED HER NUMBER AND MOVED AND HE CAN NOT GET AHOLD OF THEM AND IT IS REALLY HURTING HIM WITH THIS BIG HOLIDAY COMING.

MY BOYFRIENDS EXWIFE TOOK HIS KIDS AWAY FROM HIM AND WON'T TELL HIM WHERE THEY LIVE AND SHE GOT HER CELL AND HER HOME NUMBER CHANGED. JUST WONDERING HOW I CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT THE NEW ONE IS AND THE ADDRESS. I DON'T HAVE ALOT OF MONEY OR ANY CREDIT CADS SO I CAN'T DO IT ON A SITE ONLINE WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY. PLEASE HELP--ANYONE. THE HOLIDAYS HAVE BEEN VERY HARD ON HIM.

Try google the name of the person who would have the phone number.

If he has visitation and she has took them away then he can go to the court and get her for contempt of court. Maybe he will get custody if she is doing this. Also there are many sites to search for numbers but if she has just moved it will be up to six months before any new addresses or numbers will be on them..good luck

IF they are the owner or have their name registered with the address @ the agency...................
do you have an appoximate location or county?
you can find the exact address, if you have the county they live in. then you can look up the counties' tax assessor or appraiser website. you should be able to get at least a city without having to pay(sometimes from intelius.com ) with the city you should get at least one or two counties to go from.....
if white pages can't find it then it will make you go to pay site...

Well you could try http://www.whitepages.com/ or http://www.switchboard.com but if they had legal right to take the kids I'm not so sure you should be trying to contact them.
