well They have proven laughing is good for blood pressure and your heart so the good feelings that make you smile I feel in some ways are beneficial to your health i`m sure. It just makes sense because it is proven that stress and depression can make you literally sick.

I like to think when I smile and someone sees it that they know I am feeling good and that they will smile back. If they don't it doesn't stop me from smiling. Once when I was having a bad day I noticed a car following me in a parking lot. The car was parked next to me and the gentleman got out of his car. Then he said with a smile "Smile can't be all that bad, and if it is the smile will make you and someone else feel better". I have always remembered that. Of course that was many years ago...today you would be wondering why somone was following you. Too bad things have changed. Maybe we are missing another person who would make our day.

Well if I have anything in my teeth at the time I smile, I get some "yuck" faces back at me.
Are we talking fake or real smile, because I do both...
I thought our power was coming from the mediclorians in our blood. Even though Anakin had the most ever, I believe that the force is strong in me.

Are you sure, you receive POUND? Whatever, in my opinion we gain a number of things from two different directions. From oneself, we increase our self happiness, confidence and joy. From the person, to whom we have smiled to, seeds of friendship. Careful, though. In some cultures, such as UK's - unless you know the person- you are likely to receive an astonishment and disapproval look (unfriendliness look), as if you have violated one's privacy! Most of them feel offended to smile to!!! Unless, of course, you know the person!!!
