I watch studio 60 and I like it. Why they did have to go for their long hiatus during such interesting turn of events though?

I really like Studio 60. I haven't seen the other show, though. I agree with you about these long haitus breaks. I don't remember shows doing this when I was little (back in the 60s!) Did TV shows used to go on hiatus or show a lot of repeats in the middle of the season?

Studio 60 is a greta show, but you need to pay attention. It is very quick humor, and Aaron Sorkin is a brilliant writer. The banter between the cast is worth watching. It is not a comedy, I think thats where people are getting confused. It is a light drama, with comical moments.

I haven't seen My Boys, but my husband watched it and thought it was funny. I love Studio 60--was a big West Wing fan, so I'll watch just about anything by Aaron Sorkin. Bradley Whitford and Matthew Perry are amazing on that show.
