Yes it is possible to have 3 CD Roms if you have only one hard disk. If you can see the data cable coming from mother board has two sockets one is Primary Master and other is Primary Slave.
Similarly if you can figure out on mother board the place where data cable is coming there is another port where you can put another data cable and then you can put Secondary Master Secondary Slave. so
1. Primary Master (Put Your Hard disk).
2. Primary Slave (Cd.Rom 1)
3. Secondary Master (Cd.Rom 2)
4. Seconday Slave (Card Reader).
Regards.

Yes, if you have enough slots on your pc front panel free. These are 5.25" or 3.5" and just pop out, so make sure you either buy one with a dual bezel, or with a bezel of the right size. You could also buy an external Card reader/writer that just plugs into an available USB Port. Installation instructions are provided and it is pretty straight forward to install either option. Either option is not expensive, approximately £6-7.00. Unless you have other stuff to buy you will be better off buying one from a High Street shop, no carriage charge!

You dont really need the CD-ROM drive as the CD-ReWriter will play CD-ROMs. You can get rid of the CD-ROM player and insert the card reader.

if you wanna have more than 2 cd/dvd rom/R/RW you must have SCSI supporting ,but i think you have IDE support so you can use 2 device at once. (with SCSI you can use 7 device at once)
but I have a solution for you , and that is:
you must buy a [card reader writer with USB port ] so many brands create this product which use your USB port not IDE link.

i could say besides that it particularly is in simple terms too large an iso for cd, which you recognize... i could advise writing the image to a USB Thumb force and deploy it from that. i'm specific your Acer BIOS can assist you booting from a USB device.

If you have enough room in your machine, it's possible. Some computers are built to allow only 2.

you can do it actually looking at my tower there are three slots, i'm just not sure if all three could have the audio cable unless you got an adapter. i would go to a computer shop and ask them to install it if you're not sure
