just wondering how much anyone would pay for a boxed mario kart 64 with instruction manual boxed for the nintendo 64? thank you

Boxed with an instruction manual? Hell, I'd pay full price for that--but I'm a nerd and Mario Kart 64 was an awesome game. Definitely no more than $50-$60--it could've been more, but soon enough you'll just be able to download it on the Wii's Virtual Console.
