The two s's are equal to : 2 since 2+2=4. Other valuse of s can be: 3&1 or 4&0 pr 5&-1 or 6&-2 or 7&-3 and so on.

s=2 since in math they are equal. if they were not equal they would be different letters (ie: t+r=4)
