The team management requires some bold and innovative thinking. The openers Jaffer and Sehwag have continuously failed since the time they landed in South Africa. Jaffer has not been able to score a double digit score and even than we are pursuing with them. How many chances you would give them.
They again failed and scored only 4 and 9 and have put India in great difficulty. Why Gambhir was not tried?
The team management should think of future and should not rely on past laurels of a player. Let there be reward for good performance and an outdoor for a bad performance.

Performance of Indian Team in one day internationals was very pathetic mainly because some of the experienced players are completely out of form and youngsters in the team could not cope up with the bounce of the pitches in South Africa. Let us see how the team performs in the test matches.

Because (1) They are playing in South Africa on bouncy tracks - for which they have no skill or talent as back home in India the tracks are totally different (2) The batsmen are out of form (3) There was no training camp prior to this series , so they did not have the chance to prepare for the extra bounce (4) They did not have many pre-series games to get into form (5) Our cricketers have more star-value and less fighting-spirit.

India team needs to learn lot from Australia. How all Australian players are performing in every match ? Whats the reason behind this sucess ?

100 marks to Australian team selection unit. They made a system to all Australian players including their captain to must perform situation. If any player fails consistently, he warned immediately and asked to sit back. Selectors have ample options with them to refill the team with full energatic players.

As an example, Damien Martin's retirement. How and why he quit the game ? Because of Selectors pressure on him to perform consistently. He failed several times and paid the price for it.

Imagine if Damien Martin would played for India, He will be treated like as Sachin Tendulakar in India. For Australians their team win is important and for us we never maintained that type of standards in our selection system.

It is because the team they are playing against are better. Pitch them against Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and see the result.

CHANGING THE TEAM WON'T HELP
THEY REALLY NEED A PCHYCO THERAPIST
THEY FIRST NEED TO START BELIEVING IN THEMSELVES
