I'm not sure what your problem is. If you're trying to find out who the company is, try a web search on
"paper chain" norwich

If you think someone is helping themselves to your money, get on to your bank or credit card company straight away.

Check with your bank.

No one should debit your account without your authorisation.

They should hold all the relevant details on where your money is going to, and if not correct, you may be able to reclaim any money you have lost.

If you do not get any response from your bank, then contact your local Citizens advice or solicitor, they should be able to assist you.
